Discussing Diversity and Inclusion with Frans Johansson
Last week was Ocean State Innovate. This is the seminar I helped found which focuses on how diversity and inclusion is the most powerful route to innovation. We focused on solving some of the State’s challenges around our food ecosystem. I also sat down with Frans Johansson who wrote about some of my previous work in his best selling book “The Medici Effect”. We discussed how RI can grow it’s economy by focusing on diversity and inclusion.
